Alex Jenkinson, 39, from Stowmarket appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court via live link on May 8. He faces two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to harass, cause alarm or distress and was also charged after failing to provide a blood specimen in custody. He pleaded not guilty to the threatening counts, guilty to failing to provide a specimen, and was released on conditional bail with an interim driving disqualification. His next court date is July 29; prosecutors have asked for Prince Andrew to give evidence, possibly by remote link.
